Indian food always has some kind of bread with it, whether it is a Nan or chapatti. The reason behind this that the curries are made to this taste, which can be eaten with something, which has no flavor. Apart from chapattis curries can also be eaten with rice, both chapattis and rice compliment curries very well. And literally can be eaten with any Indian dish.

Corn On The Cob

For this you need 4 Corns, Salt as per taste, 1 tsp Butter and any spices, which you may like to ass on the corn

Boil some water in a pan and bring to boil, add the corn in the boiling water and boil for up to 7 minutes. Add some salt to the water, when the corn change into a yellow colour removes them from the water. When they dry from the water, ass butter and salt and any choice of your spices.

Curd Semia

For this recipe you need:

Semia (Sooji) 250 gms, Onion 2, Green Chillies 4,Grated Coconut 1 cup, Curd 1 cup, Water 2 cups, Salt according to taste, Mustard Seeds 1 tsp, Butter 1 tbsp

In order to make it you need to:

Fry the semia (sooji) in the butter and keep to a side. Take 2 cups of water and salt and boil it. Once it has boiled add the fried sooji, mix well and put aside. Keep the lid on so that it cooks with the steam.

Take a little oil in a pan, add mustard seeds. Leave it to cook fro a few minutes then add the onions, fry the chopped onions and the green chillies and then add the grated coconut.

Add the curd and the cooked sooji and mix well.

The product is basically a wrap, which is heated up, it has salsa, mayonnaise, lettuce and you can either choose between vegetarian one and a non vegetarian one. The products are as good as each other, one has a filling of paneer, which is cottage cheese, and one had a filling of chicken.

Garlic Chutney

For this you will need:

4 garlic pieces

20 red roasted chillies

2 cups of grated coconut

Oil

Tamarind powder

Salt

 

In order to make the chutney you need to roast the garlic and coconut in a little oil.

You need to make tamarind pulp, by soaking tamarind in water for about two hours, then straining it.

Mix and grind all the ingredients together, add salt and then grind again and serve.
