This is something, which will interest you a lot. A famous explorer by the name of Marco Polo retuned to his home in Italy from China in the year 1295. He brought back many things and among those was a recipe. The recipe was for a Chinese food, which was for dessert called Milk Ice. But the Europeans used cream instead of milk, which made Ice Cream, since then everyone loves ice cream and is a big hit.
