I hav grown up in Newdelhi where cholae kulchae is a delecacy every one loves to eat. Half od Newdelhi residents eat cholae kulchae for lunch as thats the time when most of them sell it. You will find a vender in almost every locality and the best thing is that its the cheapest food you would ever find anywhere in delhi besides being vey tasty but not so filling that it would make you feel sleepy so its perfect if you are working and keeps you light enough to keep working throughout the day.
