Desi ghee
In India people use ghee in almost every thing be is sweet or otherwise and you will find plenty of ghee in anything that is served hot with a few exceptions. There are a number of shops which use ghee instead of cooking oils. Let me tell you what ghee is to start with, Ghee is nothing but reduced butter all you you do is heat up butter (unsalted fresh butter) untill there is a clear liquid left behind and thats what we call ghee. Ghee is very tasty for those who are used to it but for those who have it for the first time may find it a bit crap.
