Ras Malai
Ras Malai is another Indian sweet dish, which is purely made form milk. There is a syrup which is made by boiling milk and reducing it and then adding sugar to it. There are also some oval shaped dumplings which are made from milk too, but souring the milk and making it into cheese and shaping it up and then adding it to the syrup. This is again is very tasteful dish which is eaten chilled.
