Apple Cake
To make that delicious Apple cake at home all you need is,1 of cup oil, 2 cups of sugar, 3 cups of flour, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of nutmeg, 1 tsp of cinnamon powder, 1 tsp of baking powder, 3 eggs, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, 1 cup of chopped nuts, 1 tsp of cloves, 1 cup of baking soda, 4 cups of chopped apples, 2 tbsp of milk, 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence,1/2 stick butter, 1/2 cup of brown sugar. Now take a bowl and mix the oil, eggs and vanilla extract in it. Then take a separate bowl sift the dry ingredients together and add the mixture to the oil and egg mixture and mix well. Now you need to add in the apples and the nuts. Now it is the time to pour this mixture in a baking dish and bake in the oven as per the speciation given for baking in you specific microwave. For the glaze mix 2 tbsp of milk, 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence, 1/2 stick butter, 1/2 cup of brown sugar together and boil the mixture for one minute.
