Carrot Cake
You can cook at home as easy dishes and healthy dishes at you home as a Carrot Cake. This is not only delicious to eat but also healthy for you family. So collect the following ingredients from your kitchen. 1/2 cup of butter, 1 cup of desiccated coconut, 2/3 cup of broken and chopped walnuts, 1 cup of golden raisins, 2 and a half cup of grated carrots, 3 tsp of mixed spices like cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 and 1/4 cup of flour, 1 tsp of baking soda, 2 beaten eggs, and 2 tsp of orange juice. Preheat the oven as per the directions in you oven. Take a pan and mix the flour, mixed spices, baking soda, brown sugar, desiccated coconut and chopped walnuts. Now in a separate pan melt the butter and add the golden raisins, carrots and orange juice. Please stir it nicely and pour it on top of the dry ingredients. Now add the beaten eggs to the mixture and mix it well. Prepare a loaf tin by oiling the base and the sides, pour this prepared mixture into the tin and bake the cake as per the instructions in you oven till a knife inserted into the centre of it comes out clean.
