Chocolate Angel Cake
To make it you need 1/4 cup of Cocoa Powder, 1/4 cup of hot water, 1 and a 1/2 cup of Granulated Sugar, 3/4 cup of Fine Wheat Flour or Maida, 1/4 tsp of Salt, 12 Eggs White and 1 tsp of Cream of Tartar. Take a bowl and mix cocoa powder and hot water in it and keep aside. Preheat the oven as per the instructions of you’re your oven. Now in a separate bowl sift together flour, 3/4 cup sugar, salt and keep aside. Take the eggs and beat the eggs till foamy and then add the cream of tartar. Now beat till the mixture forms peak. Add sugar in the egg mixture. Now add half the sifted flour to this mixture. When it is completely mixed add the remaining half of flour to it. Pour a part of this mixture in the cocoa powder mixture and stir well. When it is done pour this egg cocoa mixture back to the remaining egg flour mixture. Please mix lightly. Take an ungreased dish and pour this mixture. Bake this dish as per the instructions of your oven or till the knife comes out clean. When it is baked completely let it cool.
